Refunds & Returns Policy

Order cancellation

All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to change or cancel it, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.

Refunds

Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:

  • you do not receive them within the guaranteed time (30 days not including 2-3 day processing)
  • you receive the wrong item
  • you do not want the product you have received (but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused)

We do not issue the refund if:

  • your order does not arrive due to factors within your control (e.g. providing the wrong shipping address)
  • your order does not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside our control (e.g. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).

*You can submit refund requests within 15 days after the guaranteed period for delivery (45 days) has expired. You can do it by sending a message on Contact Us page.

The customer has a period of 15 days from the date of delivery to return the products to the shipping address. Contact us if you have any questions.

For all requests related to the return of a product, contact us by email with your name, order number and a brief description of the problem. Then, we will send you complete instructions that will explain how to return your package.

Returned products must be in their original condition (packaging, accessories, instructions …), properly sealed. No product may have been used or tested. The products upon receipt of return are verified before making the refund of the purchase. If there is any damage, a decrease of 25% or more may be made.

In case of exercising the right of withdrawal, the client will have the option to request, either the refund of his order (except shipping costs) or the exchange of products. This return shipment to the sender will be in charge of the client.

We refund the cost of the product upon receipt of the return package if it has returned intact. Not used or tested.
